Dr. Daniel La Rota
Dentist
Dr. Daniel La Rota is a general dentist trained in complex care and oral rehabilitation, including aesthetics, oral surgery, and implant reconstructions. He grew up in the southeast after his family moved to the States from Bogotá, Colombia (Y sí, ¡él habla español!). He moved to Kentucky and received his dental training at the University of Louisville.
Dr. La Rota then moved to Seattle to complete advanced training at the VA Puget Sound in Seattle, WA. This rigorous program focused on bringing complex care to our veteran population. Dr. La Rota is passionate about making his patients’ experiences relaxed, enjoyable, and educational. He loves spending time listening to patients and their goals and helping them learn more about their smiles using a modern approach to smile design and comprehensive care.

Dr. Jonathan Everett
Dentist
Dr. Jonathan Everett grew up in Washington State and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Washington. He completed his undergraduate studies in Biochemistry at Washington State University and has been a dentist for almost a decade in the Pacific Northwest.
He served as President of the American Student Dental Association, Student Council Vice President, member of the American Dental Association, and as a board member of DentPAC for the Washington State Dental Association.

Kati
Patient Care Coordinator
Kati believes in providing the best possible care for every patient and loves that her work positively impacts people’s lives by keeping them healthy and helping them love their smiles. She’s been in the dental field for six years, entering with a passion for healthcare and a desire to make a daily difference.
In her personal time, Kati enjoys traveling with her husband and kids, working out, and reading. A fun fact about Kati: she’s a huge Disney fan and has been to Disneyland 12 times!

Morgan
Treatment Coordinator
Morgan treats each patient as a unique individual, offering high-quality, compassionate care tailored to their needs. With ten years of experience in dentistry, she is motivated by the life-changing impact she witnesses, from improved oral health to full smile transformations. Morgan’s career began in children’s dentistry, inspired by friends who loved their roles in the field.
Morgan enjoys traveling, road trips, local markets, and concerts in her free time. She also makes homemade soaps and gardens and spends time with her family. A creative spirit at heart, Morgan wrote her first screenplay at 15 and is currently working on her first novel.

Hayley
Registered Dental Hygienist
Hayley is dedicated to providing exceptional care and empowering her patients to make informed decisions about their dental health. Her journey in dentistry began in high school through a Health Occupations program, where she worked as a Dental Assistant for several years before advancing her education to become a Dental Hygienist. Her passion for the field started at age 12, inspired by her orthodontic journey and a supportive orthodontist who encouraged her curiosity in dentistry.
Outside of work, Hayley loves outdoor adventures like boating, skiing, biking, and hiking. She also enjoys wine tasting, camping, and traveling, always making time to share these experiences with her husband and kids.

Sarbjot
Registered Dental Hygienist
Sarbjot’s dental philosophy centers on comprehensive care and patient education, with a focus on building lasting relationships. With nearly six years of experience in the field, she loves connecting with her patients and helping them maintain healthy smiles. Her journey into dentistry began with the encouragement of a close friend following a similar path, and she’s continually inspired by learning new things in the field.
Outside the office, Sarbjot enjoys travel, food, and quality family time. Although she’s lived her whole life in Washington, a fun fact is that she was born in Texas-yeehaw!

Christa
Dental Assistant
Christa grew up in Renton, WA, and now resides in Skyway, WA. She began her career in her family’s business, doing T-shirt and safety wear fabrication, before realizing her passion lay in healthcare and helping others through dentistry. For over 10 years, she has committed herself fully to her work as a dental assistant and says she still loves what she does every day.
Outside the office, Christa enjoys reading, cooking, and spearfishing. She also has a fun hidden talent; she can wiggle her ears while singing the alphabet backwards! Her favorite foods include Mexican, Thai, and Filipino cuisines. The very first concert she attended was Mötley Crüe.

Lexi

With 24 years in dentistry, she began her career when her childhood dentist invited her to work for him as she started assisting school. Lexi finds joy in meeting people from all walks of life and helping them achieve better dental health.
Outside of work, Lexi enjoys reading, traveling, road trips, and exploring local shops and restaurants. A fun fact about Lexi: she’s never eaten a salad!

My Nguyen is passionate about preventive care, believing that proactive therapies are key to promoting lasting oral health. She loves connecting with patients, building relationships, and helping each one improve their oral well-being. With about five years in the field, My found her path in dental hygiene after pursuing a healthcare degree and realizing her longstanding interest in dental care. Since then, she’s felt confident that she made the right career choice.
Outside of dentistry, My enjoys baking, gardening, swimming, and traveling. A fun fact: she used to have the same first and last name! Her current first name was once her middle name.

Lillian

Learning about the various roles in dental care solidified her decision to pursue this career path, a choice she’s never wavered from. She’s inspired by opportunities to learn and develop new skills, both professionally and personally.
Outside of work, Lillian loves practicing yoga, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and spending time with her two cats. A fun fact about Lillian: she once worked in Alaska at a salmon processing plant!
